The Vice President of Legal and Parliamentary Affairs of the Ministry of Science announced the requirement for universities to publish student regulations in the universities' information base according to the law on publishing and free access to information.

Farrokhi continued: Universities that want their students to use the dormitories or communal space of universities can create a requirement to inject a reminder dose. Of course, these requirements are not legal.
He said: The university can provide protocols for booster dose injection.
Regarding university contracts, the Deputy Minister of Science said: Considering the experience of Corona, universities should adjust contracts with fluid conditions and adaptable to unforeseen conditions such as the Corona pandemic, so that when the conditions change, they can terminate the contract.
Referring to the prediction of an increase in scientific and research frauds after the Corona closures, the deputy legal and parliamentary affairs of the Ministry of Science continued: due to the holding of non-attendance exams, it is expected that we will see an increase in scientific and research frauds.
He added: In this context, the capacity of ethics committees in research and student disciplinary committees and police violation boards should be used according to the Law on Prevention and Dealing with Violations.
